What was the first candy in the Netherlands?

Sn candy arrived in the Netherlands in the 16th century, then known as Suikerwerk. This consisted mainly of (melted) cane sugar, with added flavours. Sugar was a luxury and so, at the time, candy was exclusively accessible to the richest people in the country.
