What did the Romans believe in?

The Romans adopted their gods from the Greeks, but had different names for them. For instance, the Greek Zeus was renamed Jupiter, Poseids was renamed Neptune, and Aphrodite was known as Venus. The planets in our solar system are named after the “Roman” gods.
