How many teams are competing in the Europa League?

In the pool phase, 48 teams will play, of which 32 will advance to the knockout phase. As many as 197 teams are competing in the entire tournament (including preliminary rounds). These teams qualify through national leagues, cup tournaments and fair play rankings.
