How do the Play Offs work in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie?

In the first round of the playoffs for promotion, the number 3 plays against the number 8, the numbers 4 and 7 and the numbers 5 and 6 against each other. In the second round, the winner of 5/6 plays against the number 16 of the Eredivisie. Also, the winners of 3/8 and 4/7 will play each other. In the third round, the two remaining teams play for promotion.
