Yes, despite the UK no longer being part of the European Union, UK players still get to participate in the tournament. In fact in the 5 editions between and including 2018 and 2022 all the winners were from the UK, namely James Wade, Rob Cross, and Ross Smith from England, and Peter Wright from Scotland.
