Are you still allowed to set off fireworks on New Year’s Eve?

There is a ban on popping fireworks. Due to overcrowding in hospitals because of corona, there was a total ban on fireworks at the turn of the year 2021-2022. Whether this will remain in place for the next few years is uncertain. Category F1 fireworks, such as asterisks and poppers are still allowed.
